How long will my Baked Bags stay fresh?
Our treats are baked to order and stay fresh for up to 14 days in their original sealed packaging. For the best experience, we recommend consuming them within one week of delivery.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes, we ship across the entire United States. We use insulated packaging during warmer months to ensure your baked goods arrive in perfect condition.
Are there options for people with nut allergies?
While we offer products without nut ingredients, all of our items are prepared in a facility that handles peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee a 100% nut-free environment.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your treats right to your doorstep.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
